Fuel Loader Vertical Sprite. The bottom light has been cropped from the horizontal version which has a darker colour in that area. If you are reading this and it's post Alpha 5, please do the following:

# Take the original version of this file.
When one has time, please fill in the circle at the bottom with yellow to represent that the loader is occupied. Thanks.
# Go in-game on TLS, rotate Fuel Loader 90° so it's vertical.
# Using snipping tool, screenshot the circle bit and only the circle bit.
# In a paint program line the empty circle up with your screenshotted circle.
# Crop it to its original dimensions again.
# Upload.
 
This is assuming the sprite will be the same, which is likely though it's not impossible it can change.
