Metal is a Resource that currently can only be sold to traders.
Scrap Metal
Scrap metal is gained from salvaging the wrecks of ships with Logistics Drones. It can be smelted to Metal Ingots. They are worth 200, or sold for 100 per stack.
Precious Metal
Precious Metals can be salvaged from the wreck of ships with Logistics Drones. It can also be smelted from Precious Ore. They sell for 10,000 or 11,000 per stack.
