2. Go in-game on TLS, rotate Fuel Loader 90° so it's vertical. | |||
3. Using snipping tool, screenshot the circle bit and only the circle bit. | |||
4. In a paint program line the empty circle up with your screenshotted circle. | |||
5. Crop it to its original dimensions again. | |||
6. Upload. | |||
This is assuming the sprite will be the same, which is likely though it's not impossible it can change. | |||
